Topic: Understanding How Heart Issues Impact Behavior

A concise overview illustrating how issues affecting the heart tend to impact behavior. Issues affecting the heart—such as emotional wounds, unresolved guilt, bitterness, fear, or pride—often influence behavior in significant ways. The heart, is the center of one’s thoughts, emotions, and desires. When it is burdened or damaged, it can lead to behaviors such as anger, withdrawal, dishonesty, insecurity, or harmful habits. Ultimately, what is rooted in the heart will eventually be reflected in outward actions and choices. Pro 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
