We look forward to seeing the various ways that God is working through our Brethren to advance His Kingdom with the Charity Display Tables. We hope to have many displays this year, our prayer is that this can both motivate and encourage us to be busy about our Fathers business. The display table area will be locked during church services. Each charity table will be the responsibly of the ones who are setting up the tables. Please bring a laptop or some computer screen if you want to have a slide show or pictures. This is a nice way to communicate more of what is happening with this ministry. We would encourage each display table to have a signup sheet for a newsletter or some way for the seeker to get additional information. It is nice if you have some handout or flyer for attendees to take with them.
For the display tables, we want to give preference to Anabaptist ministries that will support our Core values and Biblical Convictions. For non-Anabaptist display tables, we do request that some New Conference Brother or Sister have a connection to that ministry and be able to answer any questions that attendees may have.
