Calendar Committee Volunteers Wanted

Thursday, December 22nd 2016 10:55 AM

As we begin to revamp and reguvinate our calendar system, we are forming a calendar committee to improve the maintenance and integrity of the OGBBC.org website calendars. Of the current webmasters, Scot Boone has been chosen to head up a committee of three from across the brotherhood that will facilitate this new calendar system. Exact duties of this committee are still being developed but could include:

  • Vetting and maintaining active calendar contacts in each district
  • Viewing, editing (if necessary) and posting calendar appointments for individual districts
  • Setting and maintaining calendar protocols

Desirable skills would include:

  • Attention to detail
  • Technology and Web management experience
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly to calendar changes

If you are interested or know of someone interested in helping on this Calendar Committee, feel free to use the Contact button at the top of this website to send us a message.
