Greetings from the 2012 Annual Conference Young Folks Committee,
We have been planning and organizing for the upcoming conference weekend at Cedarville College. In response to continued interest expressed by the young folks for an outreach activity to help serve others, we have decided to pack hygiene kits. This would be done at an appropriate place and time at Cedarville during the conference. The kits will be shipped through C.A.M. to locations where the need is greatest.
These kits consist of toiletry and hygiene items wrapped in a towel, closed with safety pins, and packed in heavy trash bags. We are estimating the cost to be $12.00 to fill and ship each kit. We encourage anyone who is interested to participate in the kit packing.
As time is of the essence, we would like to have the funds by April 27, 2012.
Please send your donation to:
Brethren Charity Fund
P.O. Box 365
Brookville, OH 45309
**It is important that your donation is marked "YF hygiene kit", as BCF is serving as a collection point and they receive donations for many projects.
The Young Folks Committee is looking forward to fellowshipping with all ages during the 2012 Annual Conference.
May God be glorified.

Attached is the invitation to the Michigan Winter Recharge 2012 (March 16-17).
The Northwest districts met on the afternoon of October 29, 2011 at the Zillah meeting house. The purpose of the meeting was to choose a location for the 2013 Annual Conference. With the understanding that the option to host the meeting at Cedarville University was still available, the COA presented George Fox University in Newburg, OR as an option to host the conference in the Northwest. The Church chose to host the 2013 Annual Conference at George Fox University on June 15-18, 2013 Lord willing. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation given at the meeting is attached to this post. As we plan, and as the Lord is willing, our vision for this conference would be on worship, encouraging the saints, mentoring the youth, convicting the unconverted, all to bring Praise and Glory to God.
Greetings in the name of Jesus…
With prayer and passion for strong, Godly men and women in this generation, we plan to host another week of Youth Bible School in 2012, Lord willing. Please prayerfullyconsider this invitation/application and respond as the Lord leads you. Also, if you know of anyone else who would want an invitation/application; you are welcome to share it with them.
The invitation is attached.
