“Charity Group” Meeting
Come to learn & share ideas on how to assist others in need.
When: Monday, June 17, 2013
Time: 12:30pm to 2:25pm
Where: George Fox University, Lemmons Lecture Hall, Room #8
We are looking forward to this time of sharing some of the ways we can be a part of the “Hands & Feet” of Jesus in helping others in their time of need. We expect various reports to be given from Brethren across the Brotherhood on what activities they find to be effective and to be a blessing in the lives of others.
Groups that will be sharing include:
Brethren Charity Fund (OH), Christian Disaster Service (OH), SEEK Ministries (OH), Indiana Brethren Charity Fund (IN), Disaster Cleanup (KS), L.A.M.B. Services (CA), CAM Rapid Response Disaster Team (CA), CAM West (OR), CAM/SALT Update, Haiti Update, Well of Hope – Africa Ministry, Macedonian Ministry Update, China Update, & Others
We hope that everyone can have some time to share. This will allow for each presenter to have around 7 minutes, with the goal of having a “question and answer” time at the end.
Please help pass the word around for this meeting! We would love to have a full room!

The Emotional Illness, Educational Meeting, open to all. Saturday, June 15, 2013, from 7-9pm (with time for questions afterwards) in the Hoover Building, Room # 105.
The Emotional Illness, Support Group, open for those who suffer from this illness, their families and support person(s), including Ministry, Sunday, June 16, 2013, from 1-3pm, in the Hoover Building, Room #105.
If there is any last minute changes as to the room availablity, it will be inserted in the schedule that lists the special meetings and rooms and will be available for all attendees to the Conference. The Shilo Inn Suites at Newberg, Oregon has had a system crash and have not been able to retrieve their reservation information.
They are asking all that had reservations there during our Conference to call them and re-enter that information.
If your reservation was made directly with the hotel you should call 1-503-537-0303 or if made online call 1-800-222-2244. All the reservation clerks are prepared and waiting for your calls as soon as possible.
Scott the General Manager has requested that you call with your confirmation number and also the email that would have been sent to you provides additional information that will be needed, if you can have that available when you call.

2013 CONFERENCE CAMPUS LODGING
The lodging committee has processed all of the applications received to date. At this time, we have over 50, DORM style rooms available at $24.00 per night. If anyone would like to stay on campus that has not applied or has a motel reserved, please fill out the lodging application form and send it in as soon as possible.
